我通过爱思唯尔的系统回应了刊物的更改要求，过了三天状态弄成了 with editor。现在早已过了两个月了，状态都没有变，我该发邮件给编辑了解情况吗？但我不想让编辑认为我在催促他，可是实在有点久还不出结果。请教我电邮该如何写才好。

如果说状态早已维持两个月了，我认为你可以发邮件给刊物寻问一下进度。编辑不至于觉得你在引诱他，大部分的编辑都还能理解科研作者的恐惧，不过写电邮的时侯还是要注意礼节。
下面是你发邮件时可以使用的模版：
Dear Mr./Ms. 编辑姓名,
I have submitted my revised manuscript titled 论文题目 [manuscript id: 稿件编号] to your journal via the online submission system on dd/mm/yyyy [date of submission]. Two days later, the status changed to ‘with editor.’ However, the status has remained unchanged ever since.
I would be grateful if you could let me know whether there has been any further progress on my submission.
